By creating an account, browsing our website, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms in full.
PlexiFrames provides a platform to upload personal photographs and order custom-printed acrylic photo frames. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitor calibration, printing materials, and lighting conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@fototilesframes.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email and begin production. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout.
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed through our secure payment provider. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use that payment method.
All PlexiFrames orders are custom-made and personalised to your specifications. Because production begins immediately after your order is placed, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
You are responsible for ensuring that the photos you upload are of sufficient quality and resolution for printing. We recommend a minimum of 1,000 pixels on the shortest side. We will notify you if we believe your image quality may affect the final product.
Acrylic products naturally contain slight variations and material characteristics that are not considered defects. Your product may show:
Acrylic may also scratch, flex, or react to environmental conditions over time. These characteristics are normal properties of acrylic and are not considered defects or grounds for a return or refund.
Shipping timelines consist of a production period and a transit period. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Because all products are custom-made and personalised to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, customer-uploaded image issues, customer-approved designs, or minor manufacturing variations.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging, and retain all original packaging materials. At our discretion, we may repair the product, replace it, issue store credit, or issue a refund. These remedies are your exclusive remedies. For full details, see our Returns Policy.
Large-format acrylic frames may require professional installation. Customers are solely responsible for:
FotoTiles is not responsible for improper installation, mounting failures, wall damage, personal injury, or property damage caused by installation or misuse. Any installation guidance we provide is general information only and does not constitute professional engineering advice. Customers should inspect products before installation.
By uploading photos to our service, you grant FotoTiles a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those images solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order. We will never use your personal photos for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose without your explicit consent.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the photos you upload, and that uploading and printing them does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third party's intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to reject orders containing prohibited content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, exact color matching, or that products will meet every subjective expectation.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.
All content on the PlexiFrames website — including logos, text, graphics, software, and design — is the property of FotoTiles and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FotoTiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, property damage, or personal injury arising from misuse or improper installation. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in New Jersey, except where prohibited by law.
Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration related to any dispute with FotoTiles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
