Every frame ships in custom-fit protective packaging with foam inserts and corner guards. Recyclable materials throughout.
Common questions.
What file types and resolution do you accept?
We accept JPEG images up to 8 MB. For the best print quality, we recommend a minimum resolution that matches the DPI requirements for your chosen size. Our upload tool automatically checks your image and warns you if the resolution is too low for a crisp print.
How thick is the acrylic?
Each PlexiFrame uses a 1/4" (6mm) thick optical-grade cast acrylic panel. This gives the frame a premium weight and substantial feel while being lighter and 10 times stronger than glass.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Yes. Our built-in 3D previewer lets you rotate and inspect your frame from every angle before you place your order. You'll see exactly how your photo looks mounted in acrylic with realistic lighting and reflections.
How do I hang a PlexiFrame?
Every frame comes with pre-attached standoff hardware. Simply mark two points on your wall, insert the included wall anchors, and slide the frame onto the standoffs. The frame sits about 1" off the wall, creating the signature floating effect.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the continental United States only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What if my frame arrives damaged?
We stand behind our packaging and craftsmanship. If your frame arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@fototilesframes.com with photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Can I order the same photo in multiple sizes?
Absolutely. During the customize step, you can add the same image in as many sizes as you'd like using the "Add Another Size" feature. Each size is added as a separate item in your cart.
Do you offer coupon codes or discounts?
Yes! You can enter a coupon code during checkout in the cart step. We occasionally offer seasonal discounts and first-order promotions.
