Every frame is custom-made and carefully packed. Here's everything you need to know about how we get it to you.
Every frame ships in custom-fit packaging with foam inserts and corner guards to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Your PlexiFrames order goes through two phases before it lands at your door:
You complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email.
Your photos are printed and mounted onto premium acrylic panels in our facility.
Your frame is packed in protective eco-friendly packaging and handed to our carrier.
Your tracking number is emailed so you can follow your order all the way home.
Shipping is calculated based on the number of frames in your order. Rates are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Exact shipping rates are determined at checkout based on your order quantity and delivery address. Rates shown are for standard domestic shipping.
Because every frame is custom-made to your specifications, orders require a production period of 3–5 business days before dispatch. Complex or large orders may take slightly longer; we'll let you know if this applies to your order.
Total estimated time from order to arrival: 6–12 business days for standard domestic shipping.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day enter production that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, begin production the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time. You can also view your order status at any time from your My Orders page.
We take great care to protect your frames in transit. Every order is packaged with:
Our eco-friendly packaging is made from sustainably sourced, recyclable materials.
If your frame arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging — we may need photos of both the package and the damage. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@fototilesframes.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will reprint and reship your order at no charge.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once production has begun, we may not be able to update delivery details. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@fototilesframes.com.
We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering. Re-shipping fees may apply in such cases.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. Because every PlexiFrame is custom-made to your specifications, production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
